We started with one cotton candy robot.
Since January 2024, we've grown to 60+ machines running at corporate events and weddings across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kochi. The idea hasn't changed: make something sweet, right in front of people, and watch their faces when it's handed over.

Our story
From one robot rental in 2024 to 60+ machines today.
CottonCandyWala was started in January 2024 by a husband-and-wife team in Bengaluru, with a single cotton candy robot rented out for events. Every time we set it up, we noticed the same thing: the queue at the candy counter was where people talked, laughed and took photos.
So we kept going. One robot became a fleet, and one rental became a crew. Cotton candy was joined by popcorn, a chocolate fountain, softy and Korean bingsu. Hotels, planners and HR teams started calling us back, then recommending us to others.
We don't want to be the dessert. We want to be the counter everyone remembers.
Today we have 60+ machines across all our counters and have executed more than 1,500 events since we started. We still run every counter with our own trained team, and we still care about the small things: the colour of the candy matching the décor, the operator smiling at the kids, the machine running before the first guest walks in.
